Q: Will it work internationally?

A: At this time, we do not have international dial-up numbers available. The MailStation can be used outside the U.S. by adding the appropriate country codes to the U.S. dial-up number. Unlike a computer, the MailStation conveniently disconnects upon the retrieval of e-mail or when the sending of e-mail is completed. The average length of time to send or receive e-mail is approximately 30 seconds, keeping a toll charge at a minimum. Also, with international usage, additional equipment may be needed to convert the telephone line and electrical adapter. While this is certainly a workable solution for a short-term trip or vacation, we do not recommend it as a permanent setup. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us.
